If any of you in the US watched the kick off of the new series “The Librarians” on the TNT network the other evening, the bridge under which the Annex resides is the St. John’s bridge in Portland, Oregon.
When Cee told me that today’s Fun Foto Challenge was about bridges, I thought I’d respond with this beautiful structure. Here are a couple of pictures we took from a boat going under the bridge. We put this site back on our list of future photo shoots because this beauty deserves a better capture than the quick ones you can take from a moving tour boat. The last picture is an historical one from after the bridge’s opening in 1931.
